Where is this station located exactly?

I had a log of every AM station I received while in Mexico (I can't find it now), and I swear, from the state of Guanajuato and up, all I heard at night was KGBT from Harlingen TX.

Mexico City. It started life in the late 60's as Radio Onda, the Radio Mil group's tropical station which competed with Radio A-I Canal Torpical on 1320
