ESE studio timer ES-391A parts?

Hey folks, another parts hunt...

Does anyone have one of these timers sitting around gathering dust? I have one here that needs new displays (don't ask, long story!) and ESE have quoted me around $150 for 4 new ones.

Unfortunately, they are a custom LED display with a Vf of 4.2 volts per segment so I can't replace them with anything commonly available through Digikey, Mouser or the like.

If someone has one of these they can part with I'm happy to pay a reasonable price.

This is the model with the 2.3" yellow displays.
