Are they getting calls etc.... 730 has a tough time on the east side with normal household electrical noise. 1kw should really help them allot with such a low dial position. I actually had a friend growing up who's mom listened to 730 an hour south of here in the car. Mind you it was weak and noisy at that distance.

Depending on who you ask, Kendall Lewis left or was asked to leave. I believe Madani is still PD; he was on with Vernon earlier this week one afternoon.

The morning show is Ron Higgins of the Commercial Appeal and Tony Brooks. Interesting story floating about on how Tony quit John Rainey's show. Cam Williams, who was Rainey's producer until sometime last year, is over there as well. I heard it was brokered time, but I am not 100-percent on that.

IF 730 will ever get their signal issues dealt with, it will help their daytime coverage of the area tremendously.
