I know some of the low power FM advocacy groups have issues with how the Guel translator cartel operates. They definitely know how to handle the filings. Maybe have a chat with them?

Unless you own these stations (clearly you don't) how does it affect you directly?

Ratings = revenue. Decline in ratings = decline in revenue. Decline in revenue = layoffs. Layoffs mean you're either unemployed, or you're doing more work to pick up the slack left by those who got the axe.

Cumulus filed the digital notification with the FCC on 97.5 in 2006.

Now that was before Ike took that site out, but it was on the air at some point.

A simple google search would bring you back to this site and confirm that multiple users experienced HD at the time.

Of course the current 97.5 facility was stereo during the KRWP days (remember Power 97-5?) and briefly as KAYD when it first went on the air (2002, IIRC.)
