ESPN and Channel 5 Audio on FM?

That's probably the Vermont one I've heard skip in occasionally. Back in the mid 90's I heard a female announcer on that one who called herself "Crystal Truelove". Only coming from Vermont would you hear a name like that on NOAA Weather Radio.
