ESPN Desportes Radio on 1070

Coming in a like a local, here south of Ottawa ON. Where the heck is it coming from? Usually CHOK, out of Sarnia ON, fills out the frequency a little better than this, but it's underneath the ESPN Desportes signal.

Any ideas?

Gracias amigos! It appears that amlogbook.com is a little tardy on that one, still listing WSCP as a classic rock/oldies station, although the flip apparently occurred in March of this year.
