ESPN NY Radio Leaving 2 Penn Plaza Studios

Michael Kay has mentioned recently (and was more specific on Wed. 5/22) that WEPN-FM would be leaving their New York studios - in fact, today's 5/22 show is their last at 2 Penn Plaza 17th Floor (as they say, high atop Madison Square Garden).
They've been working from the former "EIB" studio where Rush Limbaugh once did shows.

The Kay/LaGreca Show will be the first in the new studios on Thu. 5/23 in (I believe I heard Kay say) Westchester County, NY.
This had been mentioned as a possibility in a previous thread (likely one of the Nash FM threads at their launch).

I don't know if it's just the Disney properties (WEPN, WEPN-FM, WQEW) that are moving or if Cumulus (WABC, WPLJ, WNSH joining WFAS + WFAS-FM) is also moving in a joint venture.
OR...WEPN-FM (alone or with some other Disney properties) is moving to make room for Cumulus to move their stations (WFAS + WFAS-FM) to New York City. Stay tuned...

PS Stephen A. Smith/Ryan Ruocco show producer Ray Deenihan is leaving that show to join the Kay/LaGreca Show.
Not sure what is up with current Kay producer Ryan T. Hurley.

Try 125 West End Avenue...an ABC Building. No big mystery, ESPN a tenant in Cumulus studios..moving to ABC property. The culmination of ABC selling the stations to Citadel but not WEPN. 125 West End Avenue...old home of the ABC Radio Networks.

Just a friendly reminder, WEPN-FM isn't really an ESPN/Disney property. It's owned by Emmis, Disney just has a long-term LMA.

So what does that mean for 2 Penn Plaza?? More Cumulus stations taking up residence?? WFAS??
