Yes--which was why you couldn't hear the Home Run Derby and baseball
All Star Game, as well as other ESPN programming, on WEEI (in fact
no Boston station picked up either event). WEEI is ONLY Fox Sports,
WWZN is only Sporting News, etc.
WAMG/WLLH are picking up many ESPN shows as well as Premiere's Jim Rome:
6-10 am Mike and Mike
10 am-noon Cowherd
Noon-2 pm Jim "Can I Call You 'Chris', Jim Everett?" Rome*
2-5 pm Dan Patrick
and later they have ESPN Game Day, etc.
*--Rome was interviewing Jim Everett and insisted on calling
him "Chris" as in "Chris Evert". He went too far and got pushed by the
athlete.
