ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike to Broadcast from Sundance Square

As Mike and Mike do have a national audience, getting them in downtown Cowtown will enhance tourism and thus be good for local business.

They may be lame, but they are lame with a loyal following. Last time I checked, lame people's money spends as good as cool people's money.

yeh, count me as skeptical that having a syndicated am radio sports show in town will lead to the economic renewal of greater North Texas.

Was reading about this subject in D Magazine and one of the comments made me laugh...

If cities were aging beauties, then Fort Worth would be Meryl Streep to Dallas’ Melanie Griffith. Sundance Square ages gracefully whereas Victory Park is Dallas’ version of a facelift gone wrong.
