ESPNU on Directv

When will Directv will move ESPNU to the basic package? It been sitting with the sports package with the FOX Sports Net for a long time. I notice Directv moves some channels around like the Golf Channel used to be on 605 now moves to channel 218. I am not paying another $10 or $12 more to watch ESPNU with the FOX Sports Net. I remeber a few years back when ESPN Classic used to be with the FOX Sports Net then they move to channel 208.
 
It depends on what type of carriage agreement Directv has with ESPNU. They can't just move it to any package they want.
