Estrella MediaCo Having Different Luna Stations?

The article also mentioned that "weaker sales from the Hot 97 annual 'Summer Jam' concert were seen.
I'm wondering whether in addition to the general decline in revenue facing most radio broadcasters, hip-hop stations such a Hot 97 are facing other headwinds. Market share has declined a lot, along with the other two competitors, WWPR, and WXBK. In addition, it seems that interest in hip-hop has waned, especially among people who are not African American. When I listen to Top 40 radio, relatively few of the songs being played are hip-hop based. And it has been discussed on this board that so many hip-hop songs can't be played on terrestrial radio, due to their lyrics.
