Ethnic Radio on Satellite

You think this is possible on Sirius? Or even XM. There are 5 million Russian Speaking people in the United States, but not enough Russian stations? But if there was one main station, I can see the Russian community buying into Satelite Radio.

XM began with Chinese and Hindi stations, but they were dropped during the first channel alignment. Oh bandwith, we love you and we hate you!<P ID="signature">______________
