If anyone has tape, cassette or mp3's of that 'AM' Era in Evansville Top-40 (or even Owensboro), let me know.. I would love to put a composite together for our "Moldy Mic" Friday morning breakfast club...
ie....Lonesome Larry and then the fove to six year era of Top-40 1400/WROZ....1958 to 1977 era of 1330/WJPS (historically the first full time programmed Top-40 in Indiana radio)...1975 to 1981 era of 1280/WGBF.... In Owensboro it was 1490/WOMI ('Super O') and 1420/WVJS... :D
