Evansville HD & LPFM?

I know that HD was available on WPSR 90.7 for a period of time, then it went away? Do any of the Evansville area radio players plan offer HD channels any time soon? Also, with the FCC awarding LPFM's to AM'ers as of late (& richly deserved in my humble opinion), will any local AM's take advantage of this great opportunity?

I had thought 90.7 still had HD. I haven't fired up my HD radio in a few months but 88.3, 93.9 made the light flicker. Also, 106.1 and maybe 103.1 were at one time in HD.

As far as the translators, the closest to Evansville is WVJS Owensboro.

Yeah, 88.3 is in HD. I thought WPSR was still in HD as well. Maybe they had to shut it off for technical difficulty?

I'd not heard about any Regent properties buying HD transmitters.

I just fired up my HD radio, 103.1 and 106.1 are making the HD light flash when I hold the antenna a certain way (25 miles from their respective antenna sites).

What about the secondary HD channels? Seems like WPSR had a couple of other formats they were running about a year or so ago. Does 103.1 or 106.1 have these also?
