WAZ was actually W52AZ. It's owner South Central Communications purchased WLCN moving programming there. The call letters began as WWAZ and later WAZE. SCC sold it to a firm that failed to acquire a DTV license but operated. The FCC shut them down ten years ago.
 
Plex was a Preview channel for Encore and Six other Multiplex Services which had a genre they focused on
