Ever sent money to a PBS station?

Of course the main reason that people do not give money to any cause is that they do
not want to end up on a list to be constantly badgered, spammed, telemarketed and junk
mailed for additional donations.
 
Another thing about the pledge drives is that some of so-called special pledge programming seems more fitting for an infomercial at 2 in the morning... I've seen shows on cleaning your colon, save money on taxes, making money in real estate and of course all the CD's and DVD's from the music programming.
