Three former employees of WUOM in Ann Arbor/Detroit have been accused of taking various goodies in exchange for on-air mentions:

And for an extra added twist, one of those employees, Michael Coleman, is the GM of competitor WDET who dropped the daytime AAA format for news-talk this past December. The music community members who didn't support WDET monetarily back then (the difference in the format change, since WDET and WUOM were dead even in the ARBs) are now hoping that he'll get dumped for his WUOM indiscretions and the AAA format will return to the station--that must be some high-powered crack they're smoking.
