Mike Murphy Named HFS PD - 9/26 - Infinity has picked Mike Murphy to be program director at part-time alt rocker WHFS (105.7 FM) in Baltimore. He replaces Lisa Worden, who jumped back to LA alt rocker KROQ in August. Murphy's got a difficult job - programming talk during daytime hours, and edgy rock music after 7 PM and on weekends. Murphy was most recently PD at alt rock WDYL in Richmond, and was assistant PD at Boston's alt rock FNX Network.....
