Central Coast Expired construction permit on Central Coast

I noticed that there is a CP for Centro Familiar de Restauracion Y Vida. It is for a new FM in Lake Nacimiento on 88.9. This is west of Paso Robles. Looking at the application. I see one familiar last name Guel on the application. I guess it will not be built. The CP expired on 7/22/2025. They also have CPs in various cities in FL, TX, OK that also expired on 7/22/2025.

More like northwest of Paso; in any event, it would be covering a lot of nothing other than vineyards. Predicted contours would have hit San Miguel and Paso Robles on the edges.
