"Extra Innings" Host....has it been announced yet? Is it gone from radio?

I know I brought this up before, but I still haven't heard anything about who might be doing after-game broadcasts.

Maybe I've missed some announcements. Will I have to wait until Monday afternoon to find out?

Paul Daugherty has been named new Host for Sportstalk and will do extra innings with Tracy Jones hosting weekend extra innings.

Thanks Bob,

Doc seems like a good enough replacement. I heard about 5 minutes tonight and was impressed that he didn't come across as someone who knew more than the callers and would at least hear them out.

Re: Tracy Jones: Glad he will be around on the weekends. As much as people hate him, I would miss someone who lacked enough humanity to ask a caller how many beers they'd had at the outset of a call. It cracks me up every time he does that and they answer honestly. Makes it very real, especially when they get on to a significant Reds topic or question afterwards. I think its great weekend stuff. Tracy's 'phony regulars' can take a hike though...its old and annoying.

does anyone even listen to extra innings? Besides Glen in Mason and Dick in Dayton?

Whomever produces his show has to make Dick in Dayton the first caller out of the box. Can't get any worse
