EXTREMELY BLESSED TO STILL BE A PART OF ARIZONA

Has anybody actually seen the new KPKX?

NOW THAT'S VARIETY!

Remember back when I was saying "Phoenix should have a station like KBIG in L.A.? Well, flash forward to today, and

BAM! ANOTHER SUGGESTION / PREDICTION UNFOLDS!
http://boards.radio-info.com/smf/index.php?topic=149512.msg1260550#msg1260550

Maybe KMXP didn't do it, but KPKX themselves did, and I'm super happy about it!

I am so blessed to be in Az. Of course, all good things do come to an end (Atlanta radio is going to SUCK in comparison  ...) Anyway, let me not even worry myself about that at the moment and just be happy for everything I have NOW. It's not about my past, or my past coming back to haunt me in the future. It's about the PRESENT, and NOW, I am thankful to be exactly where I am, where I need two to three pages of 6 channel presets just to get all my favorite stations in.

From childhood to adulthood, I still believe Arizona is a great place to be. Great music, great stations, great variety of options - even in the talk radio and latin music world! I will not be happy when I have to leave.... and when  the TSA people at the airport perform their new task of Touching Sensitive Areas and proceed to "check out my package" through scanner or groping me - then look back up at me with a puzzled look on their faces, I'll simply explain "sorry sir / ma'am, but yes - I am not at all excited to fly this time... as you can clearly see."  ;D

I am extremely blessed to be in Arizona. You'd think with all this economy talk, things would get worse, radio-wise. Yet, somehow, it only seems to get better and better here, unlike.. ok, let me stop now.
