F-Bomb?

My buddy told me he was listening to TKK the other day and heard the host (he didn't know exactly which one) drop the F-bomb in Italian in reference to Mitt Romney! I thought maybe he had been listening to Barnicle) but not positive. Just curious though...did anyone else hear this and can you get in trouble for swearing on the air in a different language?

"can you get in trouble for swearing on the air in a different language?"

I don't think so, or Nick Carter would have been run out of town years ago... Oh, wait... ;)

What does the pop singer have to do with this?

I think you can get in trouble for swearing on the air in a different language. I sometimes listen to MEGA 910, the tropical station in Hartford and I often hear them bleep things out. The same with TV. There's a lot of bleeping on the talk show "Laura". Check that out on Channel 60/32.

Since the Stephanie Miller show is no longer on terrestrial radio here, I listen to the commedy bits at stephaniemiller.com. In a recent segment, Jim Ward has VP Cheney say to a Japanese man "you can go Fukuyama yourself". (There is an author named Francis Fukuyama; info about him at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francis_Fukuyama

I still listen to Steph's stream, either from her base staton in L.A., KTLK or if that stream acts up, I listen to Quake Radio in SF.
