And yes Pastor Tony Spell of Louisiana has just defied the shelter in place orders again for Louisiana and streamed the evidence of himself violating the mask and shelter in place orders on Facebook too. But there was one allegation out that one of his parishioners died because of Pastors Spell outright refusal to comply with state orders though.

A Louisiana pastor is holding services in his church again, defying house arrest orders that followed an assault charge. Tony Spell was charged last week after his decision to hold mass gatherings defied public health orders during the coronavirus pandemic.

A Facebook livestream from Life Tabernacle Church on Sunday showed Spell walking among more than 100 congregants, often repeating the phrase, "I've just got to get to Jesus. ... Come on America, let's get back to Jesus." Nearly all parishioners were not wearing face masks, and social distancing was not being practiced.

The police department in Central, a suburb Baton Rouge, says on their Facebook page that Spell turned himself into the department last week on charges of aggravated assault and improper backing.

Now a youtube pundit has falsely accused an innocent person for COVID-19. In this article the Pundit accused of spreading conspiracy theories of COVID-19 has accused three innocent people for being the start of COVID-19. Its not only facebook that has to deal with COVID-19 conspiracy theorists sparking protests around the USA. In this article Youtube has to deal with the same issue. Now it becomes an issue of how many innocent people will either end up killed with COVID-19 or face other safety issues due to these conspiracy theories.

The Facebook event page for an upcoming protest against extending Michigan’s state of emergency was deleted by Facebook’s staff for defying the government’s guidance on social distancing.

Protesters plan to gather Thursday morning, April 30, outside the Michigan State Capitol building and call on legislators not to extend the state of emergency, which gives Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and her administration additional executive authority to respond to the coronavirus pandemic.

A Facebook event titled “Rally on the State Capitol Lawn" was created earlier this month to organize the April 30 protest, which is slated for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in downtown Lansing.

The protest’s event page was taken down by Facebook’s staff, according to a company spokesperson who said events that defy government’s guidance on social distancing aren’t allowed on Facebook.

Now Facebook has deleted and investigated the Michigan leader's posts over a State Capital Protest in Lansing. Facebook suspect that the leaders of the Michigan protest would violate the social distancing orders of Michigan.

All they had to do was look at the pictures from the last protest. In addition to the social distancing rules, some of the protesters had guns and threatened the governor.

Now another protest is being announced in Downtown Sacramento and the Bee just looked at California leaders' facebook records over the protest plans. The Group Leader is "ReOpen California" This is the same group that has sued the Governor over the San Diego and Sacramento protests in the past few weeks.


As California Gov. Gavin Newsom continues to fight coronavirus spread through orders limiting public movements and closing some state beaches, push back is growing from various quarters seeking a reopening of churches, business and public gatherings.

A week after the California Highway Patrol banned public protests at the state Capitol and other state properties, a demonstration is expected at noon Friday around the downtown Sacramento building by people demanding the state reopen despite the threat from COVID-19.

The group, calling itself Re-Open California, End the Lockdown,” says on its Facebook page that protesters will make “their voices heard while remaining safely inside their vehicles.”

“Californians will gather for a peaceful in-vehicle protest, circling the State Capitol in Sacramento, California — calling for the re-opening of the Golden State,” the group said in an online post. “Millions of California families are currently struggling to figure out how they will put food on the dinner table, pay for urgently needed medicine for their families, and restore a sense of purpose and relevance to their lives.”

Turns out 4 other people connected to the North Carolina leader of the COVID-19 protests have been detained over Social Distancing violations during a protest. One this is just one of a few arrests confirmed so far and also ReOpen NC's facebook records have been collected by News outlets and investigators in North Carolina.


ReOpen NC protesters gathered outside the General Assembly in Raleigh starting at 11 a.m.

The protests were largely peaceful but four arrests were made.

Lisa Marks Todd, 55, of Raleigh, Wendy Kath Macasieb, 53, of Catawba and Ashley Elaina Smith, 33, of Morganton were all charged with violation of an executive order and resisting a public officer.

A fourth person, Jonathan Dane Warren II, of Union County also faces a third charge of injury to real property.

Capitol Police said Warren is accused of damaging a mechanical gate on state property.

Smith, one of the organizers of the ReOpen NC Facebook group, called the arrests a "shocker."

Buzzfeed is reporting that a Montana Doctor is behind that state's protests over the shelter in place and mask orders. OK that will get the medical board in Montana to start investigating her political motives though.


On Sunday, April 5, Dr. Annie Bukacek, wearing a white doctor’s coat and a pink stethoscope draped around her neck, stood behind a makeshift pulpit against the plain backdrop of a Hilton Garden Inn conference room in Kalispell, Montana. She was there to deliver a sermon of sorts to members of the Liberty Fellowship, an anti-government, anti-globalism church led by a pastor named Chuck Baldwin that serves as a beacon for the extreme political right — a mix of constitutionalists, militia members, and separatists — in Montana’s Flathead Valley. Based on responses from a Facebook post and her own experience as a doctor, Bukacek made her case to the congregation: that the “alleged death rate” due to COVID-19 has been significantly inflated in order to justify otherwise unjust stay-at-home orders.

Doctors, Bukacek argued, rely on “assumptions and educated guesses that go unquestioned,” which has resulted in an overreporting of deaths. “Based on inaccurate, incomplete data,” she said, “people are being terrorized by fearmongers into relinquishing cherished freedoms.” (The most recent CDC data suggests that coronavirus deaths have actually been dramatically underreported.) Like many others who’ve propagated falsehoods about COVID, Bukacek argues that because many who’ve succumbed to the disease also had other health concerns, they thus died with COVID-19, not of COVID-19.

Thats true Doctors and nurses have abused people in the past though if one looks at the Opioid abuse scandal and the various misconduct cases against doctos . But the issue should also be about scientific literacy too how much does the general public know about STEM besides the people who majored in virology, biochemistry, and any branch of biology though.

In Salem, Oregon there are reports of protestors at the state capital demanding that the state re-open.

What is sad about this is that there are many other protests going on at the same time and they are related to the resource allocation issues at hospitals to working conditions at supermarkets being unsafe due to COVID-19 concerns. But these protests don't get the amount of attention on the national level though. The attention are going in the direction of Lobbying groups going after the governors at state capitals.
