First it was Frisch in his usual predictably juvenile way to denounce the "new" Republicans for blowing the election. Then Rush Limbaugh distanced himself from the people in the GOP who "took things too far", and finally, Villanucci crowed about the "neo-cons" ruining everything and that he forsaw the whole thing. What a bunch of whiners! Like rats jumping from a sinking ship they all abandoned their conservative flags for the safety of the "I'm just a radio announcer, not a spokesman for the Party" excuse. Maybe now that the real people have spoken through their votes, these guys are wondering how it could affect their popularity? I can respect somebody who sticks with their convictions no matter what everybody else is saying, but I've lost that respect for these guys who are clearly back pedaling on their bashing of anyone who disagreed with them. And lest anyone wonder what they will complain about next, rest assured, the Democrats in power now will be the targets. It is so easy to point out all that is wrong with our government and country while conveniently forgetting to mention all the things that are right. I think KKOB will retain its core conservative audience and the ones who believe "free thinkers" are just old hippies on dope...but many of us are smarter than they think we are and will listen for traffic, weather and news and then switch back to music. It really is too bad KAGM's management failed because the idea was good and such an alternative would have eventually caught on with people like me who actually have a brain.
