Since the Bridgeport, Stamford and Danbury ratings came out last week, any thoughts?
 
No, some stations are fitted with the technology, but as far as I know, PPM is not being used.

It's been speculated that PPM will arrive in these parts sometime in '09.
 
Is this the book in which WQXR shot from like a 1 share to a 6 share to finish 2nd 12+ ? When I saw those numbers, I immediately thought "Westchester".
