Fake Radio Names

Fake names are older than Mark Twain. The writer was born in 1835 as Samuel Langhorne Clemens almost 150 years before Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (Katy Perry) or Peter Gene Hernandez (Bruno Mars) were born. He was just Sam Clemens while working as a Cincinnati proofreader in 1856, before writing the novels that made "Mark Twain" famous.

Who are some of the more prolific people in radio with "fake" (stage) names?
