Fall 2011 Ratings: Albany-Schenectady-Troy

Ratings... surprised B95 couldn't trump WGNA even with Christmas music, actually... and wow at Magic being almost a 4 share for a music station on AM...

Crush really should consider flipping sooner rather than later, they could take a piece from the Jamz and Kiss pie if programmed well :)

Crush goes from a 4.4 to a 1.5...Now THAT'S crushin' it! In all seriousness, I hope they plan on going Live. I used to listen all of the time. I barely now.

Depending if you are listening in Kingston, Saugerties, Catskill, Germantown and a few places, you can't pick up WQSH's "Crush-FM" at 105.7, because of the WKZE translator in Red Hook at 105.9. It's been a year now since WKZE was on at 99.1, but I checked 105.7 last year, but it picks up very well, but when WKZE's translator moved its frequency to 105.9 back in late February, it sounds a lot awful and if you can't able to hear it at home or depending in your car while driving on I-87 on the New York State Thruway. What's with WKZE?

Looks like the new Rock 100.9 didn't fare much better although they weren't coming from a 4.4. They actually stayed about the same since the last ratings period. I wonder how long the Rock format will last with those numbers?
