False emergency alert hits Chicago airwaves

Years ago, when this crap system was forced onto broadcasters, I knew this would happen. Stations that are truly "live" should be able to opt-out of this turkey.

Well I heard two EAS alerts in Northern Indiana east of South Bend. One was very brief and the other a few minutes later with no recorded audio (I only caught the very end).
 
Note: In the case of sever emergency... dont be listening to WSCR 670 AM. They never went off the air. Apperently their system doesnt work properly or something.
