Fantastic word game

Some grape Ne-Hi that reguarly falls from the truck when it tries to take the curve too fast leaves the roadway covered with huge purple stains and then a lot of Prince fans start to gather nearby because they think he's going to be performing there.

I trust that I don't need to explain that one. By the way, I was making bad puns and bad jokes since I was Ne-Hi to a grasshopper. (And there is a good example right there!) :D
 
Rock out to the max at tonight's Dave's 80s Rockfest (minus Kenny cuz he stopped showing up) at Illusions with special guests Miss Silkie and yours truly.

Miss Silkie and I are on our way there now to plan our playlist and to get a couple of rides on the mechanical bull before they open the doors to the crowd.
 
Special guests Miss Silkie and yours truly were Dave and Kenny's second choice of guests at tonight's '80s Rockfest because they had initially tried to get the cast of the 1957 movie Silk Stockings and a performance artist known as "Yours Falsely" but most of the movie cast is now deceased and Yours Falsely agreed to show up but then, true to his name, changed his mind and announced that he wouldn't come after all.

I wish I could get paid by the word. :D
 
Various participants have come and gone over the years, some by choice, some without explanation, while some others (Anyacat) were called home by the Lord to that big word game in the sky but for those of us who remain, we are known as the few, the proud, the verbose.
 
Verbose is one of many adjectives that describe me and I'm glad that being verbose is not verboten here or else I'd have to learn to be more concise and succinct when I post my ramblings.

Oooh, I just made a bilingual post. Is everyone proud of me? I hope you'll all say "Ja, mein herr!"
 
When I post my ramblings, I try to go with the short and sweet variety so I can leave more bandwidth for those who feel they need to be less than short and sweet.

Because I'm just that nice. ;D
 
Those who feel they need to be less than short and sweet will probably never be able to get jobs as Oompa-Loompas in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.

I know the Oompa-Loompas are short...and I'm assuming they're also sweet. And for those of you who think my posts are too lengthy and too rambling, I'd like to quote Gene Wilder's Willy Wonka character from the original 1971 movie: "A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men." ;)
 
Willy Wonka's chocolate factory is a place where you could get some truly unusual and exotic candies.

It would be cool to visit a place like that (if it actually existed). 8)

I know I haven't been around lately, and haven't posted on the social network either, until last night I put up a bunch of music links, A preview of some of tonight's music at Illusions.
 
In San Francisco, they are listening via PowerWorld's KFWG tonight's version of Dave's 80s Rockfest with special guest kenrayc.

Miss Silkie and I are having a great time serving as Dave's second banana. We were shocked when the missing Kenny made a surprise appearance. Too bad he forgot his password and couldn't get into the dj booth. ;D
 
Dave's 80s Rockfest with special guest kenrayc is going to be available for download on the internet before the raucous Illusions crowd (well the ones who don't end up incarcerated or storming home because the tears are coming too easy) makes it to Denny's at 6:05am for the after party.

Just four more hours to wait, yall night owls!
 
The after party is often better than the pre-party or the on-going party, because so many of the guests have gone home it is easy to find food under the table that has hardly been touched!
 
A gas station across the street from his apartment makes joeybabe25 a happy camper, which of course he thanks God he doesn't have to do, because of the protective tiles that make the men's room into an alternate universe without camps, with GREAT vending machines full of my traditional goodies!
 
An alternate universe without camps, with GREAT vending machines full of my traditional goodies would be even better if in that alternate universe there were no reality TV shows or auto-tuned pop stars.
 
Auto-tuned pop stars have, for some reason, an affinity for nabs and yoo-hoos so they often go to a certain gas station because they know they will run into their good friend joeybabe25.
