1974 was the year disco went mainstream, with big hits including "Rock the Boat," "Love's Theme" and "Kung Fu Fighting."
The Fantastic Word Game, or TFWG as people like me prefer, will be open for business on Christmas Day so after you've opened presents and made merry with family and friends, please feel free to pop in for some eggnog and witty word repartee.
Witty word repartee might include calisthenics involving very quick reflexes from a coffee bar, while starting off an old novelty tune, "Don't leave your food on the table".

Before the invention of the cell phone, people used to sit around a table and actually engage in conversation but now you see entire families at a table and everyone is busy looking at their phone screens.

Illusions was awesome last night with a large turn out for our special Christmas edition of Rockfest.
Our special Christmas edition of Rockfest was capped off by a visit from the jolly fat man and no, I don't mean Jackie Gleason.
Jackie Gleason's weekly TV show would often feature a bit with Frank Fontaine as Crazy Guggenheim, a lovable drunk.
A lovable drunk could also often be found in the talents of Foster Brooks, who was known as the Lovable Lush, who never drank during the peak of his fame, nor after having taken a $10 bet that he could not stop drinking, saying that he needed the $10 so he stopped and never drank again.
