Fantastic word game

One of the worst Christmas songs ever was not heard anywhere near the library or the lounge this year.

A day off from work and staying away from the rest of us while the common cold was incubating would have been the considerate thing to do, but who knew?

A happy miser such as myself can only dream about being a rich happy miser unless I win the upcoming PowerBall drawing which, I hear, could be close to one billion dollars.

But ya gotta play to have a chance. I've always said I don't bother playing unless the jackpot hits a billion. This could be a first for me.

Never work again with a billion dollars sitting in your bank account but you're going to need a lot of help answering the phone as everyone and their uncle calls you for a handout.

A handout here, and a handout there, and soon you have reading material to last the rest of your life from all of the brochures.

All of the brochures detailing the education offered at our band camps around the world are available via USMail, email, and on our secure PowerWorld LLC website.

If you are planning on winning Powerball and quitting work immediately, please be sure to leave your office keys at the main desk on your way out. Thanks very much.

USMail, email, and on our secure PowerWorld LLC website are the best ways to get in touch with our International Director of Band Camp (IDBC as most prefer) unless he is already on the ground in your community.

A couple more inches of snow are expected at some of our band camps across the northeast however, flags will be flying at half staff at locations this week to mark the passing of David Bowie.

The passing of David Bowie was all over my Facebook page this morning, as I might expect as an aging fan of many an aging rocker.

They are leaving us far too quickly these days.

Many an aging rocker is held together by dowels, dove tails and wooden pegs, with a bit of horse hoof glue added on occasion for good measure.

Use urine on the fire hydrant down on the corner, and all of the other dogs will get your e-mail messages.
