Fantastic word game

Band camp playgrounds and swimming holes are filled with the latest and greatest equipment but not a mechanical bull.

Having a great time at the new Illusions rockin' the joint with the best 80s rock. Even all the lovely young library interns are in the house.
 
A mechanical bull, great food and drink specials, and the greatest hits of all time is all part of the great fun at the new illusions tonight.

This place is packed and the lovely young library interns are rockin' and dancin' to the great 80s music that Dave, WMC and I are playing.
 
The new illusions tonight, and now last night, was party-hearty central for just about the entire community which is how it should be.
 
All contributions to the Fantastic Word Game should end with a boldfaced clue, which the next contributor can boldface and use to begin his or her own contribution to the game.

Welcome, AKDXer! Our Friendly Game Czar should be along shortly to explain the rules of the game. In the meantime, feel free to read the previous pages of the thread to get some idea of how this game is actually played. Again, welcome; and hang out with us for a while! :cool:
 
The game in officialdom, be it basketball, baseball, football, etc., does not have a living, breathing, evolving rule book made up to suit the players and other members of the organizations as they go along.
 
As they go along, all contributors should pay attention to the few rules we have which include bolding your beginning clue and also your ending clue.

AXDXer, welcome to the Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as most of us prefer). If you go back a couple of pages, you will find a nice little welcome (to another contributor) plus our few rules and a brief description of TFWG and PowerWorld LLC. Just keep in mind to keep it to one sentence and one sentence only and to bold your beginning clue (which is the ending clue from the previous contribution) and to bold your new ending clue. Welcome and keep coming back!
 
Go on strike if you like, but the rest of us will be tending to Easter festivities at band camp, and right now the interns are decorating away and even planning something special, fun and educational for the kiddies.
 
Something special, fun and educational for the kiddies can also be entertaining for the adults as well, as watching the youngsters having fun on Easter also keeps you young at heart.

I've been away for a while, with a stay in the hospital and an ongoing recovery at home, but thought I'd stop by and say hi, everybody.
 
Young at heart as I am, I like to spent daily time with the lovely young library interns doing whatever.

Jeff, nice to see you. 3 out of 4 doctors recommend daily exposure to TFWG (as I prefer) for restful and quick recovery. The lovely young library interns will be dropping by your home with some chicken soup.
 
Whatever happened to the crowd of people we had posting for a few weeks?

Hope they did not all get abducted by the aliens, especially dmargalotti again.
 
The crowd of people we had posting for a few weeks has thinned out again but we hope they all come back soon for some fun and frivolity.

dmargalotti disappears every once in a while. I think the aliens do some monthly work on him without him knowing. Maybe MarcB will drop by to pick up some slack. Visits from CTListener, scanman, crainbebo and Kenny would be helpful.
