Fantastic word game

Palin found offensive books that included "inappropriate language," but there seems to be no actual list; however, as Mayor of Wasilla, Palin did ask the town's librarian how she (Palin) could go about banning books.

(As a side note: I don't think heated political argument has a place in this lighthearted thread because some people take their politics very seriously. Also, Palin did not fire the librarian, but she made the job so untenable that the librarian resigned.)

(Well, SOMEONE came late to the party (Miss Anyacat) and posted after dmargalotti with the same clue. Hmmm...what to do, what to do...)

Books about a pig with lipstick may provide some good reading for Arnold the pig from Green Acres.

Arnold the pig from Green Acres could write a political blog, and if he wrote what some people wanted to believe in a tabloidy enough style, they'd pass it around the world, no matter if it was true or not.

Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood both have so much jumpcutting and stopactions and such quick, frequent frame changes and they talk so fast it makes me queasy to watch them.

It makes me queasy to watch them is actually a complete sentence.

Me thinks we are going overboard with the "last" word of the sentence, it has now turned into several words at the end of the sentence. (Dude, What say you?) ???

Mayor Rudolph Guiliani is frequently termed America's Mayor.

(Stuart, it doesn't matter what Dude thinks. As I stated a couple of pages ago, I have taken over this game.)

America's Mayor didn't do anything more than any other mayor would have done in the same situation.

Acronym is a word formed from the letter or letters of a compound term while acrimony, especially of words, is a harsh or biting sharpness.

The length of leadins is questioned only by you, Stuart, as everyone else seems to enjoy it and everyone else agrees with the evolvement of the game.

(Stuart, I didn't mean to sound like a jacka$$ and I'm sorry if I did. But the subject has already been discussed several times. It's not a REQUIREMENT that we are now using several words or a phrase. It's just that it's allowed and some people do that and some people still use one or two words or a proper name. I do both. Depends on what I can come up with given whatever the clue is. Perhaps you should go back to the posts beginning around June, before you went to NC, and catch up on everything. ;D )

Into infinity and beyond is exactly where this game could end up, even lasting longer than Radio-Info, the current owners and Mods and all of us.

Radio-Info, the current owners and Mods and all of us, sounds like the title to something created by Douglas Adams.

Douglas Adams wrote Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy and served as scriptwriter for the seventeen season of Dr. Who.
