Fantastic word game

Beyond my own participation, there are plenty of contributors here (dmargalotti) who should be picking up my slack (scanman) so that the game keeps moving forward (CT) without any shutdowns or slowdowns.

Geez, dmargalotti, I leave you in charge and what happens? Everybody decides to take a powder? What are you doing, just sitting in my comfy, plush Game Czar office twiddling your thumbs? I am shocked at the lack of contributions in my absence. Shocked I say! Let's get on the stick and make stuff happen. I don't care if you have to follow yourself a few times. Let's go!

Meanwhile, down here in less than sunny Florida, I got a couple of hours of sun this morning before the clouds (and some brief sprinkles) moved in.
 
Shutdowns or slowdowns would be easier to avoid if the contributions of people other than myself were more inspiring, although I, too, seem to have fallen into the same sort of creative lethargy.
 
Too many gummies could definitely do that but we don't necessarily need inspiring stuff to keep us going as evidenced by all the cow and wrestling talk over the last few months.
 
Along came Jones, riding in on his horse to save the day.
 
Flopping down on the sofa for a nap even though you know the game you've been waiting all week to watch is on in an hour means you'll probably sleep right through most of it.
 
Most of it was hidden behind clouds all week long so I was not able to get my tan on as much as I usually do.

Sadly, this has been my last full day in not-so-sunny-this-week Florida. I did not luck out with the weather this time around. Only found a few lovely young library intern recruits as well but they are well worth the trip. I will be back in my plush, and hopefully clean and organized, Game Czar office on Monday. dmargalotti, please make sure everything is as it was when you got there.

Also, dmargalotti, with you being in charge this week, you need to do the Welcome To The Weekend speech so please get that done before you check out for the weekend. Thanks muchly.
 
A better idea would have been to do the weekend speech myself while I was here earlier.

Since dmargalotti did not fulfill this task, allow me to welcome everyone to the weekend. Join kenny, Dave and myself (I should be home in time) tomorrow night at the new Illusions for another fantastic 80s Rockfest. And kenny will be cooking up a storm at Denny's early Sunday morning. We'll see ya there and have a great weekend!
