The upcoming 80s Rockfest Independence Day Cookout and Celebration (80RIDCC as many don't prefer).will be the Mayflower Man's opportunity to "strut his stuff".

Speakin' o' feathers (up yonder in post #51,175), looks like the distinguished Linguistics Czar (that's the officially-titled Die-rector of Linguistics fer our new H-town-based player) has done gone n' ruffled a few in the land o' Mayflowers with his follerin' contribution, #52,176 fer those keepin' score at home, I'll tell you what. It's usually me that gets the ol' hotheaded emoji from up yonder way.
 
His stuff generally stays away from farm animals and more towards things related to PowerWorld, band camp, The Lovely Olivia, and lovely young library interns.

I believe our distinguished Linguistics Czar has kept a detailed report o' said incidents stashed away in the ample-sized hope chest belongin' to the Petite Blonde Intern.
 
While I'm writing my contribution I expect to get another.notification or two or three or several that a new post was made, and asking if I would like to see it.
 
Asking if I'd like to see it, completely takes away from the spontaneity of just doin' it n' seein' my genuine reaction.

My genuine reaction was to laugh out loud when I noticed that, when they thought no one was watching, vandals started to sabotage the mechanical bull (TMB as some prefer.)

Instead of doing what I was originally going to do, I will do something else.

I was going to go and edit my original post and fix the mistake (since it was posted less than an hour ago) and say something like "Error? What error? I don't see any error!":LOL:
And I suppose the DoL is going to send more demerits my way :mad:
 
Do something else but, first, go ahead and edit that error if you can because why not.

It will only make me look foolish but that's ok. :ROFLMAO: Actually, if you fix yours, I will then edit my comment.

She's got one comin', too, fer the unexplainable period that wanders between the words "another" n' "notification" in her intrusive contribution that forced me to completely change gears n' start mine over from scratch..
 
The years have passed, the liquor continues to be served, but the posted license hangin' on the wall at the new Illusions remains expired.

You'd think someone at HQ would look into that.
