The "pimping out of LVRJ" and the 'meetings' of andrea and her fans are merely hypothetical until we receive first hand reports.
 
The trick for LVRJ would be to fly east and moderate ITG from his anonymous satellite office in New York so he and andrea can meet indiscreetly while, at the same time, she can also keep Rico in the dark.
 
She can also keep Rico in the dark at the same time she's keeping a LOT of other guys around as well... :-*:-*:-*:-*:-*
