Fantastic word game

Our grammar mistakes are sometimes the result of rushing to post before the next contributor sneaks in with a post of their own, which makes what you've written completely irrelevant.

Completely irrelevant references to TPS reports, tasty tidbits and topless driving would go the way that irrelevant references to haylofts, cattle and poultry have gone, if I had my druthers.

Lobster, or any seafood for that matter, doesn't interest me but what does interest me are a few things that CT mentioned earlier including TPS Reports, topless driving, and tasty tidbits plus The Lovely Olivia (TLO as most of us prefer), The Lovely Megan (TLM as dmargalotti prefers), the 80s Rockfest, the new Illusions, band camp, and the lovely young library interns.

CT, thanks for reminding me I haven't mentioned many of those things in quite the while. I have also had no reason to post my world-famous Welcome To TFWG speech because, well, we haven't had any newbies to welcome. Perhaps if the hayseed returns (I can't believe I'm even thinking that), I'll treat him as a newbie so I can post my Welcome speech.

The Lovely Olivia (TLO as most of us prefer), The Lovely Megan (TLM as dmargalotti prefers), the 80s Rockfest, the new Illusions, band camp, and the lovely young library interns are all important parts of the history of the Fantastic Word Game (TFWG as I lovingly prefer).

April 28th
Is a mere three days away
From the first of May

"Dull clues" could itself be considered a dull clue, so on this contribution, I will strive to post a more excellent clue.

What was I supposed to do with "April 28th?" Besides, where does it state in the official TFWG rulebook that time-centered clues are verboten?

Species of clues in this game do vary greatly but there are some people who like to repeat a few things over and over and over again just as I did in Contribution #54,008.

Or haven't you noticed?

By the way, I failed to mention (and the rest of you failed to congratulate me) that I authored Contribution #54,000 on the previous page. Thank you and you're welcome. I just wish that Miss Silkie, quad, and Stuart were here to see it. Anyacat, no doubt, is smiling down on me from above.

Contribution #54,008 mentions some things that have brought TFWG to where it is today but I don't want to end this contribution with a time-centric clue so I'll just keep going until I can end with something that is not time-centric.
