Fantastic word game

It's De-Lovely, delightful, and delirious to know that there is still some who can tick off Cole Porter's greatest hits, either that or resorted to Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia.
 
Encyclopedia-like knowledge of songs from the great American songbook is easily obtained when you spend more than a decade programming the Adult Standards radio format.

(As such I reject your wikipedia accusation Mr. Anyacat. Good day, sir!)
 
Format mavins used to abound in radio, but now the ad exec is king, so I apologize if your pride is ruffled, but these days actual musical knowledge in radio is a lost art.

That was Richard Jeni...now back to the game.

The 80's almost seem like the dark ages when you consider the technology that we have today (cell phones, computers, gps, dvds, tivo, bluetooth) that wasn't available then.
 
Then always seems more attractive because we were younger and life stretched before us like some luscious all-you-can-eat buffet.
 
4pm on Friday is when I'll be starting to look at my watch and wondering if I will ever finish my work so I can get started on my vacation.
 
Movie, Movie had me convulsed the first time, and while some of the laughs seem dated now, I still find the film highly amusing.
 
Warm was the welcome Paris Hilton received from the other inmates, but she feigned illness to get out of prison and is now in a world of hurt.
 
Hurts to know I won't be part of this little game while I'm away on vacation and away from my computer.


(Actually, it doesn't hurt at all now that I think of it. ;D :D )
