Fantastic word game

Prior notice should be give if you intend to be away from TFWG for an extended period of time however the Executive Board certainly realizes that there may be times when giving prior notice is not always possible.

Possible consequences of not turning in your TPS Reports is unlimited and specifically tailored to the event and transgressor.

I'm supposed to go get some kind of leave of absence paperwork for my job, but I don't know that I'll bother. I just keep calling in every day. :)

Transgressor is an anagram of grass snorter.

I'm about halfway through Stephen King's Under the Dome, and if the bad guys don't get what's coming to them I'm going to be really peeved. If anybody's read it, can you at least tell me that I'm not wasting my time?

Reading a Stephen King novel is ALWAYS a waste of time and the endings are ALWAYS predictable when it comes to the bad guys. Yes, I have read Under the Dome.

Grass snorter is a good name for the sitting lawn mower that doesn't exactly work but as it doesn't exactly not work, we still use it.

The machinery, that is to say the grass snorter, will rust, and the rubber parts dry out and crack if left to sit unused, so we take it for a little ride around the camp from time to time, but we keep it away from the library, which is well appointed, manicured and landscaped.

Gremlins try for all they are worth to sneak in the same way termites try to sneak in, and that is just like the TV commercial wanting to use the phone because of a broken down AMC Gremlin

"Andrea's last post" indicates that Andrea will post no more, which is not necessarily true as she may post again at any moment and without prior notice.

Cat, my dear, please be a tad more careful. You slightly bungled kenrayc's ending clue from 3 pages ago. Rather than assigning demerits, please reread the previous 17 pages topless. TFWG thanks you for your support. :)

That termite's problems began when the library reconstruction destroyed its home but it managed to find another home in a tree across the lake.

Another home in the tree across the lake was destroyed by the construction of the boys' tree house.

Nudie magazines, discovered by the band camp dog, were chewed to shreds, much to the chagrin of the boys who could not utter a word or punish the dog.

Like a man is how Rocky Sullivan (played by James Cagney) wanted to die as he was being executed in the movie Angel's with Dirty Faces but he turned yellow and cried like a baby at the request of his best friend the priest because thought it might save a few of the Bowery Boys from a life of crime.
