The contracts we all signed with PowerWorld and TFWG/FWG require that all of us contribute with one well-constructed sentence per post or we risk the punishment of timeouts and demerits.

The semi-colon purpose is the separate topics such as I am listening to some cool tunes like New wave 80s; 80s Hair metals; 70s Classic Rock; yet I still like listening to all types of music.
Listening to all types of music is what helps most of our well-rounded kids make it through band camp and into the FWG.

Some years ago I was taught that anything with a subject and verb, whether either was implied or stated, was a sentence.
