Fantastic word game

(Good Lord, you know it's bad when even The Dude violates the one sentence rule with what is essentially 3 sentences. I am forced to hijack The Dude once again and head back to the previous clue which happens to be mine.)


Downhill from there, the bicyclist finished the race while coasting.
 
Stop The Dude #76 from his horrible gameplaying and bring back The Original The Dude who did a much better job.
 
A much better job was done by the Yankees under Joe Torre than so far under Joe Girardi...

Ham easement might be described as that pre-cooked bacon that heats up in the microwave, thus saving the cook the full five minutes needed to make bacon.
 
Eaten with grits, eggs, toast and some orange juice, bacon is a great addition to a nutritional, balanced breakfast.

A Question.... What is the policy of actually only using one word (or name) at the end of the sentence? Should "The Game of Life" have been used or just life?? ???
 
(Stuart, Stuart, Stuart. Once again, I will say this. We have evolved from the original rule of just a one-word clue to a word or phrase or proper name. "Game of Life" is fine. The one rule I (and hopefully, all of us) try to reinforce is to use a proper sentence. Fragments of sentences and multiple sentences are not allowed; however, many (including The Dude, who started this whole thing in the first place) continue using multiple sentences or pieces of sentences (Hello Anyacat :) ). And there are those people who continue to come up with stupid things (Hill #17 is steeper than Hill #23) at which point I feel the need to hijack their clue and revert back to the most recent clue and continue from there. And, believe me, I have hijacked many many many of Dude's clues due to his lack of caring and imagination. Any other question?? ;) )

Candyland, Chutes & Ladders or other board games would not work as a morning show game on the radio. But, I suspect this Word Game might be a hoot on a radio morning show. Run the phones and let the listeners go wild. With a good producer and a sharp team, I think it would fly.

I will use the last word of your first sentence (radio) as your clue. Thanks for playing. As Game Czar, I now subject you to a 4 hour and 13 minute timeout from participating.)

Radio programmers are currently deciding which day in early November to flip their stations to an All-Christmas format.
 
Half-sentences or random strings of sentences are contributed by people who cannot conduct a literate conversation and who can't speak without constantly using the word 'like'.
