Fantastic word game

To be corrected again and again, I would certainly feel embarrassed and ashamed but obviously TheDude just doesn't care and we should just move on.

George and Weezie's to-do list included expanding the drycleaning empire, marrying off Mother Jefferson, and having a swingers weekend with Tom and Helen Willis.

:D

Tom and Helen Willis were straight-up mackin swingers to be sure, but the one who brought all the Continental flair to the swap meets was their erudite neighbor and Swingin' Daddy Mr. Bentley.

Mr. Bentley quietly introduced the swinging idea to Weezie in the episode where his apartment door locked behind him when he was reaching for his newspaper and he had to wait for help in the J's apartment wearing nothing but his undies.

"Nothing but his undies and a smile on" was a frequent descriptor of Mr. Bentley when he was arrested by Detectives Cagney and Lacey, but Mr. Bentley never got any kind of smiling leeway when Kojak came around busting his chops.

When Kojak came around busting his chops, you knew it was only a matter of time before he appeared in a courtroom again with his lawyer Perry Mason.

(Crain, are you really TheDude in disguise? You certainly know how to brings things to a screeching halt like him. In an effort to keep our little tv theme going, I'm hijacking your poor response to keep things moving along. Please make a better effort next time around. Thank you.)

Perry Mason would have had a lot of work to do if he had known Murder She Wrote's Jessica Fletcher as people always seemed to die around her while she was in Cabot's Cove.

NO HIJACKING ALLOWED ON THIS THREAD!! (Please)

[[1950's]] was the time when music was some of the BEST!!

(50s thru the 80s were best for mainstream)

(Dude, if you still really cared about this game, you'd actively participate with decent posts rather than stupid stuff like "Hill #17 was steeper than Hill #5". I've taken over this game and hijacking of your posts is very much allowed if need be. )

Best of the West was an early 80s ABC sitcom starring, among others, young actor Meeno Peluce whose half-sister was actress Soleil Moon Frye who went through breast reduction surgery at the age of 16 (36DD to 34C) and who is probably best known as Punky Brewster.

(See Dude?? THAT'S a good post. Try it sometime. But use your imagination, don't just re-word what I just wrote. :) )

But please! I do this because:
I don't know much about blah,blah,blah!
Please!!!!

Punky Brewster was not a show I watched, but I really enjoyed Voyagers!, which starred Meeno Peluce as a history prodigy.

Prodigy was an online service that was probably not used on Buck Rogers In the 25th Century.

(Hello Anyacat ;) )

Ricky Schroeder managed to grow up and become Rick Schroeder who spent a couple seasons on NYPD Blue which included, in it's first season, two actors who moved on to other series, Sherry Stringfield and David Caruso.

I do not understand, what was wrong with Crain's answer in post 3368?

Sherry Stringfield and David Caruso are on one of those "CSI" shows. ???

Happy Monday to all!!

No imagination or creativity for one thing. Expound yall! Expound! The Fantastic Word Game needs a foundation to build on, and to teach future generations!
No bold type for another [speaking of which.... ;) ]. Bold type yall! Bold type!

Shows and movies that were rated R or of a graphic nature on HBO were once preceded by the flight through HBOBoxtown and the disclaimer "HBO will show this feature only at night."

[Do they still do that?]

Only at night and during weekends does this game seem to get the most traffic as, during the day, it seems to slow down which is good because if we moved too fast, we might get ticketed by the boys from CHiPs.

(Sorry, had to go back to the tv theme. :D And Stuart, Sherry Stringfield is not on CSI. She was on ER for two different tenures. Bad Stuart. Baaaaaaaaad Stuart. :p )
