Fantastic word game

In the supermarket, the most useless item can be the customer who always parks his or her shopping cart in the middle of the aisle thus not allowing anyone else to pass by.

(And that's by final post here until late Thursday. Anyacat will be happy to know that I am NOT taking my dictionary with me. ;D I go now. Buh-bye. 8) )

A full tank of gas all at once is getting harder and harder to come by on a ferryman's wages.

[I speak for the group when I say we already miss WMC, and for WMC when I say the latest string of boldened, easy-to-read last word clues is refreshing! He is missing a treat! :) ]

Watch it yall, because kenrayc ALLCAPSED LADY IN RED, not just RED a while back there.

[I'll let it slide this time because it's hard to redo three posts, and it's admittedly still more hard to tell when the last clue is ALLCAPSED than when it's bolded, but at least the effort of ALLCAPS was forwarded. So props for the effort.
Let's not let WMC down while he's gone! Keep this place orderly and police your own areas! Don't wait for the end of the day to start your calls! We're just closed out the summer quotas and started the fall numbers today, but let's get a good jump on the fall quarter. And don't forget to sign your time sheets in pen. Also if you have your TPS reports, I'll need them in my box before you leave.]

A while back there I was young and filled with optimism about the endless possibilities that the future held but then the reality of life as an adult set in and now I am a hollow, burnt out shell of my former self.

Squeeze it for all it's worth is what the Paulson plan will do to taxpayers once it has been approved by our gutless and witless Congress.

Congress becoming a Democrat-controlled majority sure did ratchet up the heinous economic downturn and decreasing public opinion numbers for Washington politics that Bush got six years of a running start on.

A running start on the way to your local financial institution is what you'd better get if you hope to get back any of your money before the banks collapse and the country goes belly up.

Belly up to the bar, ladies and gentlemen, and spend the last of your pocket change on a PBR while the Washington fatcats transform your tax dollars into golden parachutes for their friends and relatives.

Coming to you soon: Section 8 of the bailout plan: Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency, which consolidates all decision-making powers into the Executive Branch--which wants us to act quickly before they leave office.
