Fantastic word game

I am about to enter a local bakery which is known for its killer brownies, I shouldn't, but I will.
 
They come out best if you soak it first in a liquor is a clause which seems, at first blush, to have a serious pronoun disagreement, but such is not the case.

Such is not the case, she protests, because, like William Faulkner, she does not write run on sentences, but constructs sentences in an interesting manner.
 
"Interesting manner" is defined as a mode of procedure or way of acting, a method of artistic execution or mode of presentation, a style of social conduct or rules of conduct as shown in the prevalent customs.

(For those interested in becoming a junior member of the board, preliminary applications will be accepted on a continuing basis beginning tomorrow morning. Auditions will be held at an undisclosed location. ;D )

Maybe we should put Stuart on the clock? He's been absent for a while now. His last four rounds of TPS Reports, he couldn't even bold or highlight his edits. They weren't technically mutilated, but they did seem to be folded and spindled quite thoroughly. Maybe that seat needs some new blood?
 
andreajesus is still under her 6 month TFWG probationary period and, thusly, is ineligible for TFWG PowerBoard status.
 
TFWG PowerBoard status is a lofty goal for anyone to accomplish, and most applicants have to go through several probationary periods before they are accepted.

Even so, I think we could use some chicks at the meetings. I'm tired of getting my own coffee! :)
 
A full psychiatric evaluation and profile shouldn't be required of ANYBODY who posts on BOTH this Board and on the Choice Game Board as well ;)

(just a quick note, WMC, i would be the BEST THING that ever happened to the TFWG PowerBoard ;););))
 
I am out of here is a hasty response because you all assumed that when I asked for a psychiatric evaluation and profile that I wanted to make sure all participants of TFWG were "normal" when what I really was after was a guarantee that anyone who partakes in TFWG is like the rest of us, a total first class nutcase.
 
Higher learning histories and psychiatric evaluations and profiles are an important part of the TFWG PowerBoard status, but what we are really looking for is sunny dispositions and "people persons."
 
People persons are needed on standby at various times during the year for such things as a fillin for a vacationing board member (such as myself a few weeks back when the committee of quad, raptus, and dmargalotti stood in) or taking temporary control of the PowerWorld Convenience Store and Carwash when Atillah the manager takes his yearly sabaticcal to the Himalayas.
