Fantastic word game

Saturday afternoons in the old days were the time that theatres used to have those great old cartoons. 8)

(i'm looking forward to those flexoff pics, Quad ;))

Newsreels is a subject for which I cannot come up with a good sentence because I'm very tired so I'll just do my best to move things along here.

To all of us who post here regularly, the semi and irregular posters owe us a debt of gratitude.
Try again, WMC!

(Since WMC has been flagged for an illiegal TFWG procedure, we must now ignore his last post and let the fun and festivities continue with the sentence posted below.)

Of all of us who make regular contributions to TFWG, I would least expect WMC to make such a sloppy, careless mistake but it just goes to show the inherent dangers in posting while drowsy.

Posting while drowsy is something I often do here and, reviewing my previous bad post, I see that OF or TO would still work either way and so I stand by my illegal post with the substitution Of all of us who post here regularly, the semi and irregular posters owe us a debt of gratitude.

(And a bunch of ungracious bastids you all are. :p ;D :D And I'm taking the rare step of serving 5 demerits to myself. )

Short supply would be a good punchline for a Robert Reich joke, but the setup eludes me.

But I didn't want to show off and abbreviate it, raptus. I'm still working on the flexoff pics for andrea. :D
I was going to qualify my "best thing programmed" by mentioning "The Woodwright's Shop" with Roy Underhill, but I don't think that's a national show, and, again, I didn't want to show off. :D

[Holy crap! Quad is a fan of the Woodright's Shop and MST3K!? We may have been separated at birth. As regards the latter, they are supposedly making online MST3K content even as we speak (I'll look for it one day, but it's way down my list.) As regards the former, The Furniture Guys used to say of Roy Underhill "He could build a house out of a rock."]

[I think you've also lost your pudding privileges for a week as well as one Friday afternoon in the Fun Shop.]

The setup eludes me as to a LOT of things. :)

(hey, Raptus, give Quad a break, OK? :) He's working on some "stuff" for me... ;))

Choosing when to join in on the fun here can be difficult but as long as you follow the sentence and bolding rules, you are always welcome.

(Radknowski, welcome aboard. I am the Game Czar here. I never make mistakes except, when I do, they are very minor in nature. Please have your TPS reports into quadraphonic by 5pm on Fridays. He also issues weekend passes to all PowerWorld entertainment venues if you are interested in bringing the family in for a look-see.)

(Raptus, I can handle missing the Fun Shop. But missing pudding for a week???? Say it ain't so!!!   )

You are always welcome to engage in free enterprise and do a Word Game start-up, but the TFWG is a copyrighted trademark of the TFWG PowerWorld family of companies, which when he hears that, tends to make Roy Underhill laugh.

My life continued on as usual once Bob Vila left This Old House but that show just wasn't the same without him and his new show, Home Again, wasn't the best it could be especially since it was on broadcast tv and he had to stop for commercials every 4 1/2 minutes.
