Fantastic word game

A part time disc jockey position would be great as long as I wouldn't have to play Christmas music on a fulltime basis.

(Methinks Ssummers took us a tad too seriously. I'd really like him to come back just because I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually use the word shan't before other than Thurston Howell III. ;D :D

And voting is completed. I'm not going to delay the announcement. Our new Director of Energy and Tourism is <drumroll> The Fair And Lovely Anyacat. Yay!!! We should all take a celebratory roadtrip to the nude beaches that Anyacat profiled on one of her earlier tourism tips. ;) )

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

Think of the time when your most pressing concern was what to as Santa to bring you, when the snow seemed brighter, the sun warmer, and summer vacation seemed endless, a time when everything was new and bright and touched with magic.

Season's Greetings to one and all.

Magic is the name of a hit 1980 song from my dreamgirl Olivia Newton-John.

(Yes, I've probably mentioned that before but some things are worth repeating. ;D And if you've never seen her performance of Physical on Solid Gold, it's well worth watching: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ow1gS3m1ckM ;D That's just my Christmas present to all the guys on staff and for any of the girls interested as well. :D )

Olivia Newton-John may have had a good year in 1982, but any musical time-capsule from that year has to include Asia's TOTALLY AWESOME '82 shout-out "Heat of the Moment."

You really ought to be a little more kind, gentle, and lenient with the newbies. After all they have yet to develop the think skin needed to endure your wrath.

Does anyone know how I can develop one of these "think skins"? Is PowerWorld working on it? My skin doesn't currently think, but my brain thinks it would be cool if it did.

And now my all-time favorite quote for the holiday season: "Christmas to a child is the first terrible proof that to travel hopefully is better than to arrive."

Something tells me that Radio-Info may soon be alive with the sound of newbie members when everyone who got a new computer for Christmas starts roaming around the internet for radio and broadcasting information.

(raptus, it was supposed to be a secret but the PowerWorld Anatomic and Cloning Laboratories are in fact working on 'think skins' but they aren't supposed to be available for test driving until mid-2009 at the earliest. I hear they may advance advertise in-house pretty soon for guinea pigs. You should watch for that. ;D )

Radio and broadcasting information used to be held close to the vest, now it's leaked before it's even a fact in many cases.

Think skins....currently under development for Christmas 2009 release.

Dramas like CSI Miami do not appeal to me.

(Travel Tip, Personal Observation: Every time I leave home to celebrate Christmas, I return to find some new disaster. The moral, stay home for the holidays.)

A little more than 8 years ago Microsoft was apparently working on the revenue streams they could create when new operating systems are to be introduced every couple of years.
