Fantastic word game

Coming out of the elevator in my office building this morning I asked a stranger if she would like to go online to play TFWG and to my surprise, she slapped me across the face.

She slapped me across the face and then she cackled maniacally as she flew away on her broomstick.

(Travel Tip: I love cheesecake, I love the Italian cheesecake of my youth (dry, almost crumbly) as well as the creamy stuff my mom made using a Philadelphia Cream Cheese recipe. When out, I like Eli's Cheesecake, which used to be had a a restaurant named, appropriately enough, Eli's, but the restaurant is gone. HOWEVER, when in Chicago, I recommend a visit to Eli's Cheesecake World
6701 W Forest Preserve Ave , Chicago , IL. That's the bakery where the cheesecake is made. Worth the trip.)

Witches of Eastwick was a funny movie, despite Jack Nicholson's unfortunate mugging for the camera.

(Travel Tip: New Year's Eve is amateur night, when the rest of us are best left home with a few friends and whatever libation we enjoy the most. However, if you are planning a big night out, why not consider a party at one of the many hotels that includes a nice, safe bed an elevator's ride away from the party. Meanwhile, if you are entertaining at home, try this: Using the forms for cannoli shells, deep fry won-ton skins, set aside. In your blender or food processor, shred 6 to 12 ounces of lobster claw meet, mix with 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley, 8 ounces soften cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, quarter cup mayo, season with: sea salt or Kosher salt and white pepper to taste, teaspoon paprika, dash or two of hot sauce, pulse until smooth. Pipe into won-ton shells.)

Camera never attacked Tokyo, but Gamera did.

Article 73, Bylaw 12, Subsection 5aa, Paragraph M reads: "We, the he-man woman haters club, promise not to fall for this Valentine business, because girls are the bunk." (Obviously, the PowerWorld founders had a misogynistic streak as well as a fondness for the Little Rascals. They were also in league with the Knights Templar and the Trilateral Commission, but I'm not at liberty to say anything more.)

Serena and I are on a little break because of her increasingly filthy mouth. ::)

Television programs in Japan offer shows selected to fit local tastes.

(Travel Tip: When traveling in Japan, it's best to avoid the subway during rush hour, unless you like being stuffed into an overcrowded car. April is considered the best time to visit Japan, because in most regions of the country, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom and the weather is pleasantly mild.)

Spectreman looks like an early version of C3PO.

(Sorry for my 24 hour absence. I'm having computer problems, accessing the newly redesigned R-I problems, and I'm also sick. It's a horrible combination. But I've called in sick for the day for maybe the 3rd or 4th time in my adult working life. So I'll be around if I'm not sleeping which is my first priority. Oh, and we are also supposed to get 6-9 inches today. That would be SNOW, andrea. :p For anyone going out to celebrate tonight, be safe! I see PowerWorld and TFWG getting bigger and better in 2009. Happy New Year. ;D )

(Darn, sorry andrea. I must have you confused with someone else. :-* :-* :-* )

Star Wars took place in a galaxy far far away where PowerWorld Inc hopes to soon build the PowerWorld Space Continuum and Mini Golf Course.

The PowerWorld Space Continuum and Mini Golf Course is a project three years in the making.
(I get only THREE back, WMC - after I give you FIVE?? :-*:-*:-*:-*:-*)

Making money is all that's left when it stops being fun and becomes work.

(Travel Tip: For a cheap vacation, take a full day without answering your phone or connecting to the internet. This will help you disconnect from the stresses and demands from your daily life, allowing you to really relax. Tell the people in your life that you’re leaving for the day (or the weekend!), and have a vacation at home.)

Place my trust in raptus and what does he do but make Board Editor 3 work overtime on New Year's Eve by being forced to edit for vulgar content.

(raptus, I do believe you owe our good friend, Board Editor 3, a hearty TFWG apology. I'd send you to a timeout but it's New Year's Eve and there's no one around to babysit you. :p

And, andrea, only sent 3 :-* :-* :-* 's to you since I'm sick and I didn't want you to get too sick. Just a little sick, maybe, but not too sick. ;) I thought that was very thoughtful and generous of me since we are still in the sharing and giving season.)

By being forced to edit for vulgar content, Board Editor 3 has to admit that there are posters in this thread who get a little bit out of control sometimes. :-*
