Fantastic word game

The dreadful disco era featured a whole of bad music, bad fashion, and bad behavior.

Bad music, bad fashion, and bad behavior are traits exhibited by those who have NEVER visited The PowerWorld Recreation Center... :)

The PowerWorld Recreation Center used to throw down some golly-wicked discothons starting in 1972.

It was before disco got big, because them folk were trendsettas!
I thought about saying 'motion to strike' a while back, dmargalotti, but it sounded like I was pushing it too far. :D

Starting in 1972, fashion sense, common sense, and music took a turn for the worst.

(Travel Tip: I had to look this one up, but I spent a happy hour there: Rome's best kept secret lies in a tiny unmarked corner of Via Portico d'Ottavia. It's the Jewish confectionery (Pasticceria Ebraica "Il Boccione", address: Via del Portico d'Ottavia 1). The shop is located in the old Jewish Quarter and offers a number of restaurants. I can't remember who recommend the shop, but I was forever grateful and hope those who visit will enjoy.)

Concern meor not, this is a travesty of justice and this whole trial is being presided over by a nonsense judge [thanks Brian Regan] working in a kangaroo court!

Sorry, but should I have kept the courtroom proceedings in italics?
Injustice is intolerable, and sometimes seeing it makes yelling leak out of me.

A kangaroo court reminds me of Judge Harry Stone's courtroom in the 80s sitcom Night Court.

Night Court alumni Harry Anderson, Markie Post and Charles Robinson all appeared on '30 Rock' for a reunion episode where Kenneth tried to tie together all of "Night Court"'s plot lines and answer its unanswered questions.

edit:
Dangit, I shoulda said something about Reinhold Weege! :'( :'(

Unanswered questions are part and parcel of these message boards... ???

(don't cry, Quad, please don't cry... :-*)

Reinhold Weege was originally tapped by management to be the host of The TFWG SuperHappy PowerHour, but he got a contract with more cash from NBC to go and do that show.

TFWG's tendered offer had far more perks than he could ever have taken advantage of though.
Membership has its privileges was one of our slogans first.

Years from now you will look back at your participation on this board and wonder "What the hell was I thinking?"

(Dude do you eschew making bold the crucial words on principle or are you just contrary by nature?)

Bold statements, stinging accusations, and incriminating indictments can all be found in TFWG and a court of law.

A court of law is a place that you will never find me in... ;)

In the cool, cool, cool of the evening
Tell 'em I'll be there
In the cool, cool, cool of the evening
Save your pappy a chair

Your oyster may be raw, but I like mine deep fried.

(Travel Tip: I believe it is impossible to get a bad meal in New Orleans.)
