Fantastic word game

Funk music was a favorite for older band campers, but now the new band campers are into rap and alterative music.

Rap and alternative music is particularly challenging for tuba players.

(Please note that I correctly spelled "alternative.")

Well done, Anyacat. That must have taken some Energy and you are probably ready to provide us with an Energy tip, aren't you?? I feel I deserve a good Energy tip for having to put up with this bandcamp nonsense. ;)

Silkie, as dm said very well, it's a game and part of the game. If you can't enjoy the game, it was nice having you except for when you couldn't follow the rules. Please join Ssummers in the evacuation tent. Oh no wait, Ssummers came back to us. And so will you, Silkie. So will you.

Meanwhile:

Tuba players aren't often seen getting down with their own bad selves.

Any band camp functions planned for this summer must have prior approval by me, your Band Camp Executive Director so please be sure to submit your ideas and proposals in writing as soon as possible.

Get ready for tomorrow because tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life.

Hey look at that. Not a single mention of Band Camp. Ooops, unless of course you count that mention.

Band camp's most portly tuba player had difficulty keeping up with everyone else while marching around the massive practice field.

The massive practice field is what separates band camp from soccer camp.

(I just bought a VW bug convertible. That's my travel and energy tip for the week.)

Camp occasionally floods during torrential downpours necessitating all campers to temporarily move in-town to the PowerWorld Saloon and Barber Shop.

The PowerWorld Saloon and Barber Shop is the local hangout for all sorts of people, most of which have never even BEEN to band camp...

Simon says you must all adhere to the rules so as not to make the Game Czar work overtime explaining things again and again.

Again and again is redundant and unneeded when only one "again" will do, or you could say, "in tiresome repetition."

In tiresome repetition is how I explain the rules when someone decides they don't know how to write a sentence so I wish there was some way to keep the rules automatically posted for newbies so I don't have to keep going back to them again and again and again. :p

Anyacat, tell us about your VW Convertible Bug. I can picture you driving, the wind blowing through your hair, truckdrivers ogling, blowing their airhorns. ;D

Again and again and again is in the lyrics of the O'Jays 1972 hit "Back Stabbers", which is one of my favorite songs.
