Fantastic word game

Beat of a different drummer is what I march to and if I want to walk around in plaid shorts and sandals and black socks, then that's what I'll do or maybe I'll just walk aroundd barea$$ed.

And, by the way, Mr Margalotti, I think there just might be a better way to spell 'foepaw'. ::) ;D Can't believe that slipped by raptus. If you can't trust your own Linguistics Czar to catch these things, who can you trust. ??? :p

Maybe I'll just walk around barea$$ed may be a good way to get some attention in here, but that is not my speed... ;)

My speed these days is everything louder than everything else.

(I though foepaw was a clever phonetic way to getting across the message to those who might not know faux pax is French for foepaw. Or maybe he just didn't know how to spell the word. BUT I gave him the benefit of the doubt.)

Everything else is chump change compared to our band camp achieving status in the Guiness Book of World Records as the only one ever to make it to one thousand pages, something Silkie did not even accomplish in her days as a world class reporter of all things cosmic.

A world class reporter of all things cosmic noted to me that it is "faux pas" not "faux pax" which would be something about Latin peace, but then I lost the signal in my tinfoil hat.

MY TIN FOIL HAT short circuited so I misspelled and/or mistyped something that I had checked in the dictionary to make sure I got it right.

Answer for my spelling of faux pas I will as soon as WMC admits that around is spelled with only one D.

Go ahead, check page 712 if you don't believe me. Go on...I'll wait right here will you do.

Only one D won't cut any ice with me if you're trying to brag about a report card.

Like Anyacat, I thought the faux-netic spelling of faux pas was both humorous and intentional. So my hackles never got raised. 8)

The shine on band camp's brass instruments bounced off my tin hat sending a plethora of garbled brain waves into my over taxed brain resulting in a momentary inability to communicate humor or proper spelling.

Pilfering politicians are not allowed into Band Camp, even if they comes disguised an Olivia Newton-John.
